I was delighted with the cozy and welcoming ambience of Trinco Relax Hut. The decorations were tasteful and charming, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout the entire hotel. As a senior woman, I appreciated the ease of accessibility within the premises, with well-lit pathways and sturdy handrails that ensured my safety.
If there was one thing I would suggest for a better vacation experience for senior people like myself, it would be to have more attentive staff catering to our specific needs. Occasionally, I felt that the children working there could have been more proactive in assisting us with any requests or inquiries.

The place was excellent, nothing to complain about, totally recommend. Hotel overlooked garden and the room was well airconditioned and spotless. Thoroughly enjoyed a microwave oven, a dining area, and a seating area in the room. Our stay was nice, and the entire staff was really helpful.

The room had a comfy bed and included a dining area, seating area, and writing desk. The location was quiet and conveniently close to restaurants, a supermarket, the beach, and transportation. I enjoyed a quick lunch at Mamma Mia, which is located near the hotel.

I had an amazing stay at a hidden gem in Trincomalee. The rooms were cozy and the bed was so comfortable. The staff, especially Mr. Luxan and his family, went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I even got to enjoy a romantic BBQ dinner. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful Uppeveli beach. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like thin walls and a small breakfast, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway. I had a fantastic experience at Trinco Relax Hut and would highly recommend it.
